So apart from the slightly low population and some problems with the drop rates on some quests and in some dungeons, this server is the closest to a true vanilla experience one can play at the current time.

I have not had any negative experiences on this server with the community, except for the fact that the population goes down to about 300 during early morning hours (Central European Time) which makes finding groups signficantly harder. I can not count the amount of times someone traded me something for no reason at all, and I have started doing the same since. People quest together, buff each other, and even gift you stuff randomly. I have been playing on Darrowshire for about a month now and even though the population is slightly declining, it’s still a nice experience. Darrowshire aims to deliver the highest quality possible. You can expect great stability, progressive itemization, excellent handling of HUGE Playerbases, and great replayability!As a gamer, I believe that gameplay is the BIGGEST factor of a server. It is based on the architecture of Light’s Hope. I was not the only person that was tired of the abomination that blizzard had created.My team and I decided to deliver the BEST experience for our beloved game: World of Warcraft – Vanilla.ĭarrowshire has been in development for one year. I played throughout all of classic and every phase it became worse. The private server community handled these issues better than a multibillion dollar company. The prevalence of bots, hackers, and gold sellers that have plagued classic. After the release of classic by Blizzard, there is still a HUGE demand for vanilla private servers. Over the last few years the community was hoping to get the REAL vanilla experience.
